When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
We store the documents you create, templates you use, and any content you upload to our platform. This includes contract text, signatures, and recipient information.
We collect information about how you use DocuPro, including document creation dates, signature timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, and device information.
When you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processor (Paddle) collects your payment details. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
We use your information to operate DocuPro, including document creation, storage, e-signatures, and email delivery.
We analyze usage patterns to improve features, fix bugs, and develop new functionality that better serves your needs.
We send service-related emails (signature requests, document notifications) and occasional product updates. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime.
We monitor for suspicious activity, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your documents are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
We implement strict access controls with role-based permissions. Only authorized team members and you have access to your workspace data.
Your data is hosted on Supabase servers located in secure data centers with 99.9% uptime SLA and regular backups.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.
We share data with trusted service providers: Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Paddle (payments). All providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety. We will notify you unless legally prohibited.
If DocuPro is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner. We'll notify you before any transfer and give you the option to delete your account.
You can access, download, and export all your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
You can update your personal information or delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link. Service-related emails (e.g., signature requests) cannot be disabled as they're essential to the platform.
If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA. Contact us to exercise these rights.
DocuPro is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we've collected data from a child, we'll delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
