By accessing or using DocuPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DocuPro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To use DocuPro, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We are not liable for losses due to stolen or compromised credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.
DocuPro is designed for creating, managing, and signing legitimate business contracts and legal agreements. You may use the platform for lawful business purposes.
You may NOT use DocuPro to: (1) create fraudulent or illegal contracts, (2) violate any laws or regulations, (3) infringe on intellectual property rights, (4) harass or harm others, (5) upload malware or viruses, (6) attempt to hack or disrupt the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on DocuPro. Do not upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
DocuPro offers a free plan with limited features (3 documents/month, 3 templates, 3 PDF downloads). Free accounts are subject to usage limits outlined in our pricing page.
Pro ($14/month) and Premium ($29/month) plans provide additional features and higher limits. Payments are processed securely through Paddle and billed monthly or annually.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase. No refunds for renewals or partial months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
You retain all rights to the documents and content you create on DocuPro. We do not claim ownership of your contracts or data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., sending documents via email, generating PDFs).
DocuPro, including all software, templates, design, branding, and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
Our pre-built templates are provided for use within DocuPro. You may customize them for your contracts but may not redistribute them as standalone templates.
DocuPro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
DocuPro is a document management tool, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our templates are reviewed by attorneys but may not suit your specific needs. Consult a lawyer for legal guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DocuPro. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate reasons. We will provide notice when possible.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments. Sections that should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitations of liability) continue to apply.
